Do you accept multiple submissions? Can I publish the same work elsewhere?

Yes! When we accept a story, poem, photograph, or illustration, we reserve the right to publish it online and in print under Flora Fiction, however, we do not exclusively retain the rights to your work. It is yours, and if you’d like to publish it elsewhere, feel free to do so.

Do you offer payments for submissions?

Not at this time. We offer free submissions for artists to publish their work. Your publication with Flora Fiction can be added to your repertoire and used to gain exposure.

Will you offer free printed copies to contributors?

We wish we could. Unfortunately, our magazine is still building, and because of the low demand for print magazine, we’ve decided to go the pay-per-print route. The price listed is a reflection of how much it costs to print the magazine, we gain no profit from it.
