Huma Maqbool was born in 1986 in Lahore. She graduated in Philosophy from University of Karachi, in 2014 and did her M.A. Visual Arts from National College of Art, 2018. Now, apart from teaching arts at Lahore Grammar School, she does her art practice in her studio bases in Lahore. She has exhibited her work in Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad, in last few years. She also writes reviews, for ArtNow Pakistan and also has worked for The News in recent times. @maqboolhuma
